Terms & Conditions AGreement

 

Successful coaching/mentoring relationships require a co-active collaborative approach with The Client (Purchaser) and The Company (EIPL Healing). In the relationship, TheCompany plays the role of a facilitator of change and it is The Client's responsibility to enact and to take responsibility for said change. Success from the Service(s) or Program(s) depends primarily on The Client’s own effort, motivation, and commitment.

The Client acknowledges that participation in the Service(s) or Program(s) is done voluntarily and that they alone are 100% responsible for their participation. The Company (EIPL Healing, Kathryn Eipl) cannot and does not guarantee that The Client will achieve a particular result or outcome, and The Client accepts and understands that the results differ per each individual.

Both parties; The Client and The Company, agree that coaching may address specific past and current relationships with significant partners, The Client’s relationship with the self, relationships successes/failures, and/or general conditions in your workplace, relationships, emotional intelligence, communication skills, organizational skills, health/wellness goals, career paths, spiritual guidance, goal setting and more. Additional coaching/mentoring services may include value and priority clarification, brainstorming, identifying action steps, asking clarifying questions, and making suggestions for action.

The Client can, at any point during sessions, declare their preference not to discuss a specific issue by simply stating that they do not wish to discuss this issue. The Company agrees to respect such boundaries.

All coaching services, principles, methods, tools, and suggestions delivered by The Company are meant to challenge, educate, motivate, and support clients. Please acknowledge that coaching is not psychotherapy. Coaching may complement therapy, yet coaching is not a substitute for therapy.

The Client, understand and agree that:

1. The coaching/mentoring services they receive from The Company are not offered in any way as a substitute for mental health or psychological care. The Client understand that The Company is not acting in any way as a psychotherapist, psychologist, or other mental health professional and does not claim to offer mental health care.

2. Coaching/mentoring sessions are not psychological counseling, relationship counseling, financial advising, estate planning, nor any other type of counseling or therapy sessions. Representatives of The Company are not therapists and no content provided either by The Company or coaching materials is intended to be used in place of therapy.

3. The Company will maintain confidentiality of our communications only to the extent defined by federal law, or if applicable, California state law.

4. The Client is fully responsible for their well-being during their sessions including but not limited to their choices, reactions, and decisions. If they feel they need professional counseling or therapy, it is their responsibility to see the help of a licensed professional.

5. All comments and ideas offered by The Company are solely intended to aid in achieving The Client’s defined goals. The Client has the ability to give their informed consent to The Company to assist The Client in achieving such goals.

6. The Client hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharges The Company (EIPL Healing, Kathryn Eipl) from every claim, demand or right to compensation for damages the Client may claim to have or that they may have arising out of actions, errors, omissions, or commissions taken by Client, Company, or representatives as a result of the services provided or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship. The Client will not hold The Company, its coaches, or it’s representatives responsible for any negligent actions or adverse results, whether known or unknown, that The Client may incur or suffer as a result of the coaching/mentoring session they receive.

Confidentiality Agreement

Conversations between The Company and The Client within coaching/mentoring sessions are confidential and will be protected as such. Information will be shared outside of these sessions only with The Client’s written consent or if law requires disclosure.

However, the following are instances where the Company may be obligated to supersede the confidentiality agreement without the Client’s permission:

1. If it is assessed during your coaching sessions that abuse, neglect, or endangerment of others is occurring.

2. If The Company perceives that The Client intends to, or threatens to, harm another individual and The Company is convinced that The Client will act on this threat or that The Client may lose control of his or her own actions.

3. If at any time The Company determines that The Client is in danger to themselves or others, The Company may inform The Client of that opinion and make every effort to keep The Client from endangering their life or the lives of others. In some cases, this may include notifying appropriate authorities, professionals, family members, or friends as deemed appropriate.

Regarding General Safety:

The Company further recommends that all clients use technology, cell phones, and other media appropriately and safely during all coaching interactions. The Company will assume that an interaction is safe and appropriate if a client uses technology or devices to communicate with their coach. Company does not recommend coaching while driving or operating vehicles.

Copyright and Ownership Agreement

The Client understands that all material presented in the coaching/mentoring process are copyrighted or licensed by The Company (EIPL Healing, Kathryn Eipl). The Client is not allowed to redistribute content, learnings, slides, videos, or anything else received during sessions. The Client is not allowed to teach the learnings on their own. The Client promises that any notes The Client takes will be for the The Client’s personal use only. The Client will not resell any of the coaching material without the prior written consent of The Company.

Payment
If The Client fails to make payments, legal action can be taken. These Service(s) or Program(s) is non-refundable.

The Company (EIPL Healing, Kathryn Eipl) reserves the right to move meeting date(s) due to an emergency.
